I met Thulisile Mdolomba when I was on assignment at a Momentum Women’s day celebration 3 years ago and her work ethic and presence left a lasting impression on me. She is one of those people who managed to blossom during the lockdown. She started a career guidance business where she offers consulting services to help professionals in get the job they are looking for and also assist them in progressing within their career. She is a human capital expert and has a qualification in psychometrics.
